Meet Macarena
Say hello to the lovely Macarena—or Maca for short. Maca is a local education support worker who also creates content for her Instagram account, where she has over 30,000 people following her fashion, lifestyle, and travel advice.

Maca is also a mum of three and loves going on holidays with her family to explore and make lasting memories.

We’re so pleased to have Maca feature in our ‘Our Style, Our Way’ campaign, celebrating the fashion of our local community. We caught up with Maca to discover her take on the local Werribee community and her top tips for fashion in 2022.

 

Describe your personal style.

“I would describe my personal style as boho, classic and minimal!”

 

Tell us what you love most about shopping for fashion at Pacific Werribee?

“I love that it has stores for everyone in the family. Whether it be for women, men, or kids, they always have something to suit everyone.”

 

What do you love about living near Pacific Werribee?

“The fact that we have everything on our doorstep. We don’t need to travel into the city or to other areas as we have everything we need right here.”

 

What are your go-to shops and restaurants in Pacific Werribee?

“If I could name them all I would, however, my go-to fashion retailers include Famous Footwear and Cotton On for their on-trend styles and affordability. For dining, I love the range that The Groove Train offers! If I am wanting to catch the latest box office hit, Village Cinemas is where I will be.”

 

What are your top style tips for fashion in 2022?

“Keep it simple. Neutrals are my go-to as you can dress them up or down, depending on your occasion. Confidence is also key to any outfit, as long as you love it nothing else should matter.”

 

How would you describe the local look in Werribee?

“A friendly welcoming atmosphere where everyone gets along and looks after one another, no matter their personal style.”
